No additional action may be required from students unless requested.
2. Student-Initiated Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Students may withdraw from a course within 7 days of enrollment to be eligible for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the enrollment date.
The student has not completed a significant portion of the course content.
Access credentials and course materials have not been misused or shared.
After the 7-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation level or progress.
3. Technical Issues and Access Problems
If a student experiences genuine technical issues that prevent access to the course content, the following conditions apply:
The issue must be reported to Educated India within a reasonable time.
Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
If the issue cannot be resolved and access remains unavailable, the student will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by personal devices, internet connectivity problems, or unsupported software unless proven otherwise.

Content sharing or piracy
Unauthorized access
Abusive behavior
No refund will be issued, and access may be permanently revoked.
4. External Factors
Educated India is not responsible for refunds related to:
Internet service disruptions
Device compatibility issues
Personal scheduling conflicts
